Installation Environment
- The inverter should be put indoor where is well-ventilated.
- Avoid exposing the apparatus under direct sunshine, exposure, rain, moist, acid mist and dust.
- Allow at least 20 inches (0.5 m) distance from battery.
- Ambient Temperature is -20～+55℃; Ambient Humidity is 35～85%RH, no condensing.
- If the apparatus is used in the area of altitude higher than 1000m, output power should be lower 5% for usage accordingly with every 1000m increasing.
- Do not install the equipment in a compartment with flammable liquids, such as gasoline, or explosive vapors. Beware of the flame and the spark.

1. How long will the goods ready?
A: For wind turbine sample order, we have half finished products in stock. The delivery time is 5 working days upon after payment confirmed. For bulk order, the delivery time is 7 working days to 10 working days based on the order quantity.
2. Which payment terms are available?
A: Our company accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) payment for sample and bulk order.
3. I need the other accessories besides the wind turbine, do you also provide them?
A: Yes, we can supply not only the wind turbine but also the other parts of the system. E.g: controller, inverter.
